This weekend is a particularly powerful weekend in which you learn to effortlessly let go and feel freedom of choice. From inner Freedom there is a space where everything is already there and therefore everything is possible. However, it is first necessary to 'let go of the old in order to welcome and manifest something new'!

After all, you cannot put on something new if you are still holding on to the old!!!

Everyone has a natural ability to let go of any problem easily. We are really magical beings, we have a force of nature within us, a higher consciousness, and if you are in connection with that and understand how to use it, it can change your whole life and you can manifest a dream life. You can then use it to your advantage. This means that you are no longer a victim of circumstances, situations or persons, but a Creator, a Creator, a Manifester!!!

You have influence over everything because you have everything you need to effortlessly release every problem and manifest every desire. You can have anything, really!!!!

So do you need a profound transformation and release from your limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotions. Clearing your self-image mentally, emotionally, energetically as well as physically. All with the aim of remembering who you really are and coming home to your Self. Do you have the desire to come home to your Heart, and stay connected to it, no matter what happens in the outside world. Feeling FREE again and creating from here! 

Then this weekend is a perfect way to let go in and easy way, to contemplate, reflect and un-discover, un-develop and grow on a personal and spiritual level. It offers the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy peace, stillness and the profound connection with your Self!

This weekend is a combination of letting go, deep insights, shift in consciousness, powerful healing exercises and meditations, and breathing sessions. You will also receive practical exercises and tools, course material and an audio file that you can use at home. This makes it easier to integrate the knowledge and insights from this weekend and how to easily let go into your daily life.

The focus of this beautifully liberating weekend is on the following themes:

• Letting go of limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns.
• Effortlessly heal and release obstructing emotions.
• Letting go of your self-judgment, purging out your self-image.
• Forgiveness, zothat you are freed from the emotions that hold you in chaos, pain and suffering. 
• Opening and activating the unconditional love energy in your Heart, living from your Higher Self.
• Taking control of your own life.
• Fully expressing your own potential.
• Making conscious and powerful choices for a happy life both relationally and professionally.
• Take accountability for your choices and your actions.
• Feeling acceptance, surrender and trust in the flow of life.

Practical information:

We start at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. After dinner there will be an evening program. On the Sunday we conclude around 4 p.m.

The cost is 555 euros. This includes:

• 2.5 workshop days
• 2 x extensive breakfast buffet

Coaching:

This beautiful weekend is guided by Sylvia Smit. Sylvia has her own practice and gives trainings, workshops and journeys in Conscious Being, where she guides and supports people to come into their own inner power and remember who they really are: LOVE!!!

You are definitively enrolled upon registration via email and a deposit of 195 euros. The remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Upon registration you will receive confirmation from the administration and further information.
