Workshop Weekend:
Coming home to your SELF!

Do you need a profound transformation and release from your limiting thoughts and beliefs. Clearing your self-image mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. All this with the aim of remembering who you really are and coming home to your Self. Do you have the desire to come home to your Heart, and stay connected to it, no matter what happens in the outside world. Feeling FREE again!
Then this weekend is a perfect way to contemplate, reflect and grow on a personal and spiritual level. It offers the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy peace, stillness and the profound connection with your Self!
This weekend is a combination of awareness, insights, healing exercises, meditations and breathing sessions. You will also receive practical tools you can use at home. This makes it easier to integrate the knowledge and insights from this weekend into your daily routine.
The focus of this beautifully liberating weekend is on the following themes:
- Correction and liberation of your thoughts (mindset)
- Letting go of your self-judgment, purging out your self-image.
- Self-acceptance and Self-love
- Opening and activating the unconditional love energy in your Heart, living from your Higher Self
- Balance between body and mind, thoughts and emotions
- Experiencing Unity and Harmony both within yourself and in your relationships
- Trust and Surrender to the flow of life rather than control and clinging to
- Forgiveness of your own judgments, beliefs, grievances and thoughts
Practical information:
We start at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. After dinner there will be an evening program. On the Sunday we conclude around 4 p.m.

The cost is 695 euros. This includes:
- 2.5 workshop days
- 2 x extensive breakfast buffet
- 2x healthy and extensive lunch buffet
- 2 x surprising and extensive dinner buffet
- 2 x overnight stay in standard hotel room
- Coffee, tea and fruit
If you want your own room then the cost totals euro 825!
Coaching:
This beautiful weekend is guided by Sylvia Smit. Sylvia has her own practice and gives trainings, workshops and trips in Conscious Being, where she guides em supports people to come into their own inner power and remember who they really are: LOVE!!!
Registration:
You are definitely registered when you register via email and pay a deposit of 295 euros. The remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Upon registration you will receive confirmation from the administration and further information.
