Spiritual vacations - Letting go gives miracles ( for women )   September 15 to 21, 2014 

 

 

This spiritual journey is a journey back to truth, to who you really are. A journey back to love!!!

In beautiful Umbria in Italy, we provide in a beautiful location in a Agriturismo ' Il Corniolo' a liberating week for women! You will work on your self-esteem, confidence and spirituality. You will learn how you can and may let go of what limits you in your peace and happiness.

You become aware of your blockages that keep you from Being love, giving and receiving love. Working on the relationship with your true Self in combination with relaxation and enjoyment. It is a week of becoming aware, letting go, healing, enjoying and being open to miracles. You learn to let go of the control of the Ego, allowing you to become aware in a loving way and make choices from your heart!

Letting go gives miracles! Every miracle is special because you are entitled to it and God desires it for you. A miracle is a correction of your mind from fear to love, it is just one fearless moment in which you remember that you are whole and healed. A new life begins with a corrected mind. That is where the miracle begins to work for you.

Healing is therefore needed in our minds. This will be a collaborative process during this vacation as we recognize and share. The themes we are working on are:

• Letting go of victim and perpetrator roles, struggle, guilt and control
• Letting go of judgments, self-judgments, expectations and disappointments
• Letting go of your fears, your past and dependency.

When these blockages are healed you no longer give them meaning and they are allowed to disappear from your system. This creates space for healing through corrective thoughts such as acceptance, forgiveness, reconciliation, oneness and unconditional love!

The program

 

In the morning:

First we enjoy a delicious healthy full breakfast together. Then we work on opening our hearts with a.o. heart yoga, meditation, mantras, breathing techniques followed by the lessons and exercises of 'letting go gives miracles'

 

In the afternoon:

Are you free to enjoy and integrate what you have learned to process or rest. There is a lovely pool at the location and a beautiful hiking area to be quiet. There are also nearby villages and towns to visit with the main attraction being the beautiful city of Perugia.

 

In the evening:

A total of 3 evenings are planned in which we look back together on the morning's theme, pay attention to raised questions and share miracles. Closing with a special ritual or exercise to integrate and empower the lessons learned.

Agriturismo Il Corniolo Umbria ( Perugia ) in Italy. 

 

Costs:

875 euros ( incl. accommodation, breakfast and evening meal, excl. flight/travel ). If you go by plane you can from Charlerloi ( Brussels ) and land in Perugia 12 km from this beautiful place. The flight costs about 100 euros return.

Transportation:

You can come by plane or carpool by car. We will then organize this. If you come by plane you will be picked up at the airport.
