The first 2 days after arrival we will mainly rest, just relax, unwind and get to know each other!

Water from purification ritual, Brahma Vihara Ashrama, Air panas: The third day we visit a water temple where we undergo a purification ceremony by a High water priest. This purification is really an amazing experience and powerful healing for your body and soul. Your energy pathways and aura are cleansed, so to speak, of negativity and other stored emotions and blockages. You feel purified, free and lighter.
After this we will visit the only Buddhist temple in Bali In Banjar, the Brahma Vihara Ashrama Monastery, where we will undergo a meditation in the Temple of Freedom.
After admiring the temple, we conclude relaxing with a dip in the three sacred hot springs of Air Panas. The sulfurous water is very good for your skin and even appears to have healing properties. A wonderfully relaxing outing during your trip!

Mayong Culture Walk. You must have done this one!!! We take a beautiful walk through the Mayong rice fields and the nature around them, accompanied by a very enthusiastic guide, Putu. He talks with great passion about the rice fields, the stages of rice growth, the harvest and about the rainforests. He gives you an insight into how the Balinese live and talks about their customs, rituals and religion. It is a walk of about 3 hours that is quite easy to do with beautiful views of the rice fields.
After this, we conclude with a delicious dinner at the home of his wife, who is a priestess and also a great cook!

Program: Self-Acceptance, Self-Love and Self-Forgiveness.

Sekumpul waterfalls. The most beautiful waterfalls in all of Bali. We will hike through all kinds of stairs, winding paths and wooden bridges to breathtakingly beautiful waterfalls in a beautiful rainforest/jungle area. Here we will undergo fresh cooling and a wonderful, meditative purification. This tracking is accompanied by 2 guides who also support us in crossing rivers and trails. If the hiking is too hard or too long for you, you can also be partially brought by scooter!

Program: Oneness- Feeling Oneness with your Self, the other, Source and Mother Earth. Giving and receiving!

Passar Agung and Pulaki temple. We are going to the west of Bali. The west is very different from any other region in Bali. It is still very mysterious and still quite unknown to travelers. I personally think the west is the most beautiful part of Bali. The coastlines are still quiet, cozy and secluded, the rice fields are still rich and large, the mountains are still untouched by tourism and the roads still fairly traditional.
We visit the temple Pulaki. This is a "sea temple" founded in the 16th century. Sea temples were built to honor the gods of the sea. Many of the main sea temples are located along the southwest coast of the island. The positions of the temples were intended to provide a chain of spiritual protection for the island of Bali. Here we will receive a meditation for protection and safety.
Another temple is the Pura Pasar Agung temple (Big Market), an amazing colorful temple by the ocean where the people of Bali gather to pray for their business, company or work. Here we will pray and meditate for abundance and receive several blessings from a priest.
After this we go swimming in the beautiful, unspoiled and authentic coastal village of Pemuteran,where the beach is white, by the way!

Free Day. You can choose to spend this day snorkeling on Menjangan Island.
Menjangan is a small island located in a protected nature reserve. Thanks to the incredible variety of coral and tropical fish species, crystal clear turquoise water and a very calm sea, it is a real snorkeling paradise. We have 2 impressive snorkeling stops and in between we have lunch on the white beach of the uninhabited Menjangan Island. This excursion is without obligation. If you do not want or dare to snorkel you can stay at our accommodation, or on the boat, or stay at the beautiful white beach.

Melasti : We will join the villagers in the ceremonies (cleansing, healing ceremony at the beach).

Program: 'Creative Power: Creating from your Heart. Listening to your inner power and wisdom and acting and manifesting from there. In the afternoon we participate with the villagers in the Ogoh Ogoh parade! We receive blessings to purge and release old patterns and beliefs of the ego and then get to enjoy the amazing parade.

Nyepi- Silence day - 'Living in the NOW' program. Feel peace in your mind through silence time and exercises to correct your thoughts.

Departure to our accommodation in Ubud where we will stop at a luwak coffee plantation on the way and have a short tour with coffee and tea tasting. After this, proceed to the Gunung Kawi temple (the mountain of poetry).

This temple is one of Bali's oldest and most striking archaeological temple complexes. The impressive, mystical temples lie on the sacred Pakerisan River and are carved into the mountain. The ruins of the 11th century built temples are of unparalleled magical beauty. This temple impressed me the most of them all. Here I felt an incredible power and connection with all that is! In some of the rocks are meditation rooms where we will receive a power meditation, a meditation for your authentic IC.

After this we continue to Ubud, the artistic and cultural heart of Bali. In the evening we have dinner in a typical, cozy warung in Ubud.

Ubud and Fire Ceremony.

We leave after breakfast for the "high fire priest" Ketut.

Here we will receive a physical herbal wrap ( 20 different types of herbs) and will purify in a steam room. Then in his pyramid we will receive a fire ceremony to undergo our transformation. Again an amazing and purifying, powerful experience!!!

Day 16: "Trust and Surrender" in your true Self and the flow of life.

We conclude this journey with the theme, "Trust and Surrender" in your true Self and the flow of life.

After this, we can tour the center of impressive Ubud. Every morning between 6 and 9 there is a local market in the center where they sell fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers. After nine, this market turns into a tourist market where you can buy beautiful artwork, clothing and souvenirs.

It is also possible to just enjoy the last hours in Ubud by the pool. In the evening we leave for the airport and take the beautiful Bali and its spiritual power into our Heart to further integrate at home!
