Starting April 26, I will teach a deepening course 1 x every two weeks on Tuesdays from 1 - 4 p.m., using our (Benigna Consten and Sylvia Smit) book : "Stop it, free your mind!" with the goal of finding yourself back in the love that you really are! The course in miracles runs like a thread through this!!!
Your inner blocks, painful beliefs, judgments, patterns and thoughts of the past keep you from being happy zijn and live consciously in the Now. In addition to awareness and insights, you will feel through and heal. You will learn to make new choices to love yourself and come into your power!!!!
The key word here is FREEDOM. Namely, liberation from all your ego thoughts. These are the thoughts that are always based on fears, pains, shortages, struggles, negativity and guilt feelings. Liberation allows you to come back into true connection with yourself and others. So that you can enjoy life again from joy and freedom!
It is an intensive, healing journey, in which you work very purposefully on the themes below and learn to let go of what still stands in your way to experience love and be happy!!!
- Letting go of your pain and the limiting beliefs of your childhood.
- Letting go of the victim/perpetrator role
- Letting go of (self) judgments, expectations and personal assumptions
- Letting go of fears and resistance
- Letting go of dependency, the past
- Letting go of communication from duality
- Letting go of separateness

These meetings take place in Schinnen ( Noemer Beemden. Burg.Pijlstraat 5, Schinnen) and are organized by the women's council Schinnen.
